About Jessica

Yoga & Pilates Instructor | Life Lover, Mother, and Wellness Enthusiast

Hi! I’m Jessica – a passionate Yoga & Pilates instructor, a dedicated mother, a summer lover, and an enthusiastic coffee fan. For nearly 20 years, Yoga has been a transformative part of my life, and it has led me to where I am today – guiding others to discover the same peace, strength, and freedom that I found on my mat.

My Yoga Journey

I believe that everyone can find their unique path in Yoga – and this has certainly been true for me. When I first stepped onto the Yoga mat, I had no idea how deeply it would change my life. After years of practice, Yoga not only helped me overcome chronic back pain but also opened my eyes to a powerful method of healing and self-discovery.

This journey eventually inspired me to share my experiences with others. It became clear that teaching Yoga and helping people experience its profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits was my calling.

International Experience: Teaching Yoga Around the World

With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of sharing Yoga on an international scale. I began my teaching journey in Hamburg, Germany, where I laid the foundation for my practice and teaching style. From there, I moved to Thailand, where I spent 8 wonderful years teaching daily Yoga classes and hosting Yoga retreats on a tropical island. This time deepened my practice and enriched my teaching, drawing inspiration from the serene environment and the diversity of Yoga traditions worldwide.

Today, I am based in Cologne, Germany, where I teach a mix of group Yoga classes and private sessions for half of the year. I love blending my international experiences with my local community, bringing the wisdom and practices I’ve learned from around the world to my students here in Germany.

My Teaching Style: Vinyasa Flow & Therapeutic Yoga

Over the years, I’ve developed my own unique style of Yoga. I teach a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa flow that blends classic Hatha Yoga asanas with my own innovative sequences, influenced by workshops and teachings from renowned instructors around the world. My classes are designed to be powerful, yet peaceful, with a good dose of fun and humor – because Yoga should be enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

In my sessions, I focus on alignment, breath, and the therapeutic effects of each pose. Every student is given personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure they practice in a way that suits their body and goals. Yoga is not just about physical movement – it’s a journey that teaches us life lessons, helps us release stress, and strengthens both the body and mind.

No Religious or Ideological Focus

While Yoga has roots in spiritual traditions, my teaching is non-religious and does not focus on any specific ideology. I aim to make Yoga accessible to all, regardless of background or belief, helping you discover its benefits without any pressure or dogma.

What You Can Expect

Whether you’re new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to help you unlock the full potential of your practice. Yoga can be challenging, but it is also deeply rewarding. It calms the mind, heals the body, and fosters personal growth. I’m here to help you see just how transformative Yoga can be.
